The Simplicity Of Healthy Weight Loss Plan

With the recent and ever increasing rise in global population, we are confronted by a problem that is getting out of control. This is the problem of obesity, something that is becoming more and more common all of the time. There are a multitude of reasons why this is a growing concern. One big reason is that we lead busy lives stripping us of the ability to eat in a healthy manner. We run from fast food restaurant’s too sugary snack foods all throughout the day in an effort to keep ourselves going. Secondly, our busy schedules do not allow us the time to really exercise as we should. With our lives the way they are it is difficult to begin a healthy weight loss plan. The following method may be just what your looking for.

With this healthy weight loss plan diet you will need to plan out what you do to make it effective. Just a heads up, if you give up easy then this is not the plan for you. This plan is a two step process that begins with a cleanse and ends with a healthy way of eating. If you follow this plan you will lose fat quickly and keep it off as long as you abide by the plan.

The 1st thing you want to do is get things started by going through a cleansing process. There is plenty of material that is available on this particular fast. This cleanse can be performed in a 3 to 10 day time frame. I personally have experienced a ten day master cleanse which helped to clear my body of all of its food addictions. This will put you in a much better position to be able to choose healthier foods once it is complete.

Upon completion of the fasting process, you’ll notice you feel much better and have more energy. To keep your body feeling as it does you’ll now want to undertake a raw food diet. Basically this diet states to eat organic vegetables and fruit whenever you feel like it on a daily basis. What you should really focus on is eating every 2 to 3 hours. Following this schedule, your body’s metabolism will increase in efficiency enabling it to burn fat at an elevated rate.

Something else you want to consider is integrating high intensity interval training. The way that you do this is by doing some form of exercise, typically running for one minute. Once you complete the 1st minute you then walk for the next 2 minutes. Repeat this process for eight to ten times until you reach thirty minutes in total. If you do this along with eating properly, you will be amazed with the amount of weight that you can actually lose in the span of one month.
