Two Way Links don’t boost your ranking significantly in Google, of course they are better than no links. What Google likes are One Way Links. This is a link from another website to your website and there is no link from your website to the other site. You can get such links from web directories. You can proceed rather different if you have two partners, B and C. You (A) link to B and B links to C and not back to A. C gets a link from B and in return links to A.
